Our first session is where I really get to know you. We'll take a deep dive into your medical history, relationship with food, concerns and goals. This full picture helps me identify any barriers we need to break through and create a plan rooted in a whole-body approach. I'll help you uncover the areas where you're already thriving and the areas that may need a little more nourishment. Think of me as your accountability coachhere to support and propel you toward your goals with confidence and care.
